02.1999 - Current

I have held many positions while at this company. First it was Jack's Heavy Equipment and than transitioned to Floyd's Truck Center. I started with remove used/salvaged parts, cleaning them and prepping to ship to customers. Quickly transitioned to being a New Holland construction equipment technician, attending multiple training schools for this. They moved into field service, working on New Holland equipment, from skidsteers, backhoe's, dozers, wheel loaders and excavators( which the excavators we had were prototypes and i had to work very close with factory engineering to find solutions, fix and resolve operational issues and report to factory engineering with resolutions) Many different Catapiller equipment, including a variety of scrapers, dozers, excavators. Also was contracted to several different coal mines and worked on a variety of haul trucks. Also repaired many different type's of equipment, manlifts, forklifts, telehandlers, light plants, ground thaw heaters, hydraulic and lattice boom cranes. Started working on semi trucks, mostly Freightliner and Western star trucks as well various other brands.

Accomplishments

I also carry multiple OEM certifications with Freightliner, Western Star, Detroit engines, Detroit transmissions and Detroit axles. I have also attended many OEM instructor lead training classes for New Holland Construction Equipment and Gehl Equipment. I hold current in DD13, DD15, and DD16 from EPA 07 to current EPA ratings and also for Detroit medium duty DD5 and DD8, Detroit transmission DT-12 as well as Detroit axles. I hold multiple chassis certifications in Freightliner's Cascadia all generations up to the Next Gen5 Cascadia which is not currently released yet. Also certifications for all the M2 business class trucks including M2plus. Certifications in Western Star in all models, as well as heavy duty electrical, air, hvac, brakes and multiplex systems across all DTNA (Daimler Trucks North America) products. I"ve also taken online introduction to EV heavy duty trucks from DTNA.
