SUMMARY

Looking back when a young boy, I now can see where the Lord was directing my way toward preaching. To elaborate would take up too much of this summary.

• When I was nine years of age the Holy Spirit magnetically drew my heart to follow Jesus and receive His salvation. I was obedient to the Lord's call and received baptism in the First Baptist Church of Choudrant, La.
• While an older teenager I was deep into music and even became the church music director for a while in my home church. In those late teen years I began to sense the call upon my life toward some type of full time ministry.
• In 1970 I was active in the then BSU and ministered through preaching or music in revivals.
• I was licensed to preach and in 1971 was called as pastor of Pleasant Grove Baptist in Choudrant I also was ordained into the Gospel ministry.
• In 1977, I was called to Holmesville Baptist Church of Downsville and served there for forty-seven years. i resigned in 2024.

I'm available for any direction the Lord sends, whether its pastor service, Interim service, or pulpit supply.
