Processing trades between other dealers, stocking in and floor planning new and used vehicles, locating vehicles for customers, and performing any other task related to the business management of the dealership such as working with and training new sales people in the sales process. Served as the liaison between Ford Motor Company and the dealership, wrote the transitional plan and analytical documents permitting the company to downsize from two locations to one. Served as the Chief Compliance Officer and wrote all documents using Federal Government Guidelines for company compliance in dealing with customers.
