My earliest experience began as a young boy listening to stories told by my father who worked on off shore drilling. I knew then what I would probably do later on in life! Currently,I am doing HSE consulting for independent oil and gas companies and I also own and operate a privately owned exploration and water disposal company. I am a PEC instructor along with first aid ,CPR instructor.These ventures have allowed me to work directly with the E.P.A., Texas Railroad Commission and Oklahoma Corporation Commission. Using my acquired skills, years of experience and training, I deliver solutions and results in accordance with all safety and industry standards. I ascertain that all employees are well trained in safety and work within all environmental guidelines. I am PEC certified along with the ability to oversee EPA audits SPCC plans along with making sure all on-site employees are properly trained in the safety aspect of the oil industry .In the 21 years of my life in this industry I have always strived to be the best coach and mentor to the hands on my sites to reduce any accidents. While supervising my rigs I got the recordables down to zero and did not have a LTI in 5 years. Started companies and sold for a profit. Managed 60 employees along with sub contractors.
