I am a very reliable, hardworking, and compassionate worker. Since having a job (2018) I have not called into work one time. I was also awarded an outstanding excellence award at Essentia for the care and determination that I show. I am willing to go above and beyond in caring for residents. I want to provide the best care possible for any resident. Not only do I care for my residents I also care about my coworkers and I want to make sure that we work as a team so we are able to provide the best care possible to the residents to maintain their safety and health.
