• Explain tax rules, payment options, and collection procedures in simple terms.
• Help callers resolve tax return discrepancies or balance dues.
• Protect private taxpayer data and follow strict agency security rules.

• Safely drive clients, or guests between designated locations, terminals, or gates.
  • Greeting passengers politely, assisting with luggage or special mobility needs, and answering questions.
  • Inspect the vehicle daily for fuel, fluid levels, and mechanical safety before driving.
  • Record daily trip logs, mileage, passenger counts, and maintenance notes.
  • Keep the interior of the transport vehicle clean and tidy between shifts.
