JESI STRICKLAND

League City,TX

Summary

I originally got into this job field, specifically dementia care, because of the impact it had on my personal life. At the age of 19, I found myself with two grandparents with different diagnoses of dementia. As I have always loved helping people,I recognized the struggles they had and knew in my heart that I wanted to help more individuals like them. I started at ground level, providing the highest quality care for the seniors I worked with daily. I developed a deep love for this work and a sense of fulfillment from working with these individuals. Throughout my six years in this company, I have had many opportunities for advancement and have always been an outspoken worker when it comes to what our residents deserve. I have a warm, caring heart and love to lend it to others. I am highly motivated to improve the livelihood of others, especially people with Alzheimer’s and dementia. My whole life, I have wanted to make people happy because it makes me happy. I want to spread my wings and soar in the senior living industry, uplifting the individuals around me!
