For the last year and a half I have been working well above my salaried operational hours from open to close as a manager.
I manage the front of house by pre-shifting twice per day, encourage upselling techniques to the staff, table touch for guest satisfaction, inforce daily cleaning checklists are done by staff, and promote an overall positive & motivated working environment.
I also handle beer & liquor inventory, staff schedules, count drawers, staff checkouts, and open and close the establishment.
All while handling the day to day operations as I mentioned above, I am the Banquets & Events Manager for the company. I handle Every and All private events that are booked for the company. From initial inquiry, to meal planning, staffing, full party execution, and accepting payment, I handle all events.
