I greeted customers and took orders for coffee drinks, food items, and other beverages. I also trained new baristas on company policies and procedures regarding food handling safety standards. Making sure to maintain a clean work environment by wiping down counters, washing dishes, and cleaning floors.
I ensured that the food we served was prepared properly, came out promptly. I also prepared and cooked the food that was sent out to the customers. Also, making sure to maintain a clean working environment by sweeping, mopping floors, and washing dishes.
I performed data entry into computer systems and ensured the accuracy of all entered information. I also made phone calls to schedule meetings and obtain estimates.
