  • During the reassembly the technical orders call for taking measurements of 001 to 003 of end play between the BENDIX Gear ASSY and the available fixture was inadequate for taking these measurements, QA stopped the audit and gave me 2 weeks to solve this issue, I got the blue prints for the fixture made some changes and added a rod and swivel giving it the agility to achieve the angles to take the precise measurements allowing for the audit to continue and pass the QA evaluation
  • I submitted a SF1000 suggestion form and it was approved by engineering
  • I have a total of four suggestions that were approved and adopted by DOD
