• Communicate effectively in person and in writing with Participants, family coaches, Benefit Eligibility workers, contracted partner agencies and managers.
• Treats customers, Partners, Vendors and co-workers with dignity and respect
• Write narrations, generate documents, and use word processing for tasks for up to three family coaches.
• Track case plans, maintain appointment and home visit lists for family coaches.
• Meet with participants to determine initial eligibility for expedited SNAP when necessary.
• Utilize strong organizational skills for effective information flow between internal and external customers.
• Work on special projects with unexpected deadlines and under pressure when requested by managers.
• Be efficient on tasks so that the whole branch runs smoothly (teamwork).
• Complete Administrative support tasks such as: returned mail tasks for abandoned cases or have cases, Revolving check requests, schedule/reschedule interview.

• Collected and entered data in our computer programs (ONE system, DHR, TRACS, MMIS, excel, MS) for applicants receiving SSP benefits.

• Issue EBT cards (assign card to Participant, Activate the card, set the pin number up for the participant, maintain detailed issuance logs for cards).
• Hand out negotiables (Shell gas cards, Fred Meyer, Amazon, bus passes, goodwill, bus tokens) maintain the negotiables book by signing out each card with detailed information.
• Issue Revolving Fund checks (enter in correct check information in MS, get the signing machine set up by adding the stamp signature in, then printing the check and signing it.)
• Review application forms or other documents for compliance with program criteria and completeness.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that information provided is given timely and accurately, and responses are made in a calm and courteous manner.

• Participate in weekly and monthly planning for classroom and outdoor activities.
• Setting up indoor/outdoor activities and carry out developmentally appropriate activities.
• Assist teacher in maintaining written records on individual children and their families.
