  • Instrumental in leading successful operations during three different agency acquisitions by Kraft, and the acquisition of Kraft by Beecher Carlson. Completed “book-rolls” in a timely manner, identified both positive and negative revenue scenarios and generated appropriate and effective resolutions. Created a more profitable situation for both the carrier and Kraft, by eliminating non-effective books of business and staffing the agency with the talent to successfully accommodate the growth of the company.
