  • Responsible for performing a variety of semi skilled and skilled maintenance and construction duties that include; Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, Electrical, tile setting, Construction Maintenance, and Equipment Mechanic.
  • Plumbing specific duties include but not limited to installing fixtures, toilets, faucets, sinks, valves, supply lines, waste lines, and drains.
