With over 16 years of experience in the Engineering and CAD industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver high-quality and accurate solutions. My core competencies include AutoCAD, process improvement, design standards, quality control, team development, and stakeholder communication. I aim to contribute through innovation and by leveraging my diverse perspectives and experiences.

As a Manager Engineering at Crown Castle, I am responsible for managing a team of Senior Structural Drafters who produce structural drawings for various wireless infrastructure projects. I align team goals with company goals, identify and implement process enhancements and efficiencies, drive improvement in communication and accuracy of deliverables, and manage a system of quality control for team deliverables. I also manage projects and deliverables with various stakeholders, coach and provide feedback to develop teammates and their performance, manage the hiring and training of new teammates, implement and enforce current standards and make recommendations for enhancements. I also develop and track the reporting of team and project goals. Through my leadership and skills, I have enabled my team to deliver multiple projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

To add further value through my previous working experiences, I am currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering. Obtaining this degree aligns with my current role and will help me progress with career goals by enhancing my abilities in process improvement, organizational behavior, engineering design, and industrial construction.
