I won the Hero award for my actions as a GM when there was a shooting at the mall that my restaurant was located in, and ensuring the safety of my staff and the guests that were in the building. I was the WCTC GM of the year for successfully training numerous managers, RPs, Franchise consultants and VPs while maintaining operational excellence. I won the Role Model award for being a leader that was always accessible to those I trained and staff members to assist with anything they needed.
