Execute Scooter’s Coffee Real Estate Business Objectives- maximizing unit growth year over year, Secure quality locations that raise company AUV, ensure new stores are economical and meet EBITDA targets.

  • Managed Team of 5-7 Real Estate Managers: Communicate company direction and goals with transparency, ensure the Team has the tools and resources to do their jobs effectively, receive input from the field to create processes and mechanisms to maximize efficiencies.
  • Consistent and effective 1:1s- created custom reports to track franchisee progress, engagement, development intent, and roadblocks. Maintain world class franchisee support, constant communication, and provide cross functional status updates.
  • People management- hiring, onboarding, training of new employees. Focus on employee well-being, workload management, salary, and work life balance
  • Created streamlined REC process- collaborative input through Development partner channels, maximize accuracy by collecting input from across the Development team. Moved to a standardized REC deck creation and approval through electronic platform.
