• Coordinated efforts of 17 team members engaged in MOT project for solution development to hurdles to make sure we were always as safe as we could be and on the road at the time we should have been not to slow down any crews getting on the road
• Saved countless amounts of money by not getting lawsuits brought upon my employers because of the MOT always being 100%
• Training the MOT crews to a very high standard so that they do it the right way every time to avoid and deaths or law suits
• Ordering signs,machines,troopers, and trucks implementing safety as my main priority

• Modification of Traffic: lane closures, road safety, sign placement & auxiliary crew leader.
