A lot of years beating nails and learning the business as I go, and at 48 years old I'm not ashamed to say I'm still learning the leadership part of it I'm a very hands-on person who likes to work so the superintendent position took some getting used to, but as I got older I started wearing less tools and doing more pointing. I no problem putting the tools on if it's needed though
Ran projects for them the lot out of town
I was a Carpenter at Brash and Berry for 8 years then I started running small jobs on up to bigger jobs
Long time Carpenter, superintendent, read blueprint schedule Subs all that good stuff
