  • As the Warehouse Foreman for the Marine Corps School of Artillery by way of Chenega Facilities Management LLC I am responsible for daily warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping and receiving and staff supervision. As Foreman I set the example for good attendance, professional interaction with customers and other outside entities and strict adherence to all safety regulation. I assure that accurate records are kept of all inventories, shipments, and deliveries. I enforce safety regulations, ensure all employees maintain a clean and hazard free work environment and report all safety hazards to the proper Fort Sill facilities managers. On a daily basis I address operational issues and ensure smooth workflow while maintaining mission accomplishment for both our customer and Chenega LLC. I presently supervise employees at three different sites. To ensure that they all obligation are being met I conduct frequent face to face meetings with my off site employees and maintain good contacts with the customers the work with. I have an additional duty to oversee the duties of one Maintenance Production Control Clerk. In my role as the supervisor for a PP&C I am familiar with the induction process of Marine equipment into the maintenance cycle.
