In this role, I'm a full service provider of qualified personnel and managed services to the IT, Telecom and CATV industries and performed basic to complex installation, troubleshooting and repair of Broadband integrated digital TV, high speed Internet and voice services from tap to the customer site. I tested and repaired network hardware for customer services. Provided exceptional service to customers, with the goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
Installed, changed, troubleshoot/repaired and disconnected Client services including video, data, and telephone.
