In my time at Glide Fire Department there are many events and trainings that I have been apart of including:
- Participated in training drills, improving skills in firefighting techniques and emergency medical response.
- Engaging in community events (e.g. Challenge of the Heroes, Glide Craft Fairs, Rat Rod) to help inform the community of Fire Safety and what it means to be a Firefighter.
- Helping the high school Fire Science class with there trainings and capstones.
