As a Guest Service Advocate, I am responsible for making sure all guests find what they need, and are assisted in their shopping. I take phone calls and solve any issues that arise with guests. I answer complaints, and offer solutions when necessary. I am responsible for knowing the processes of the entire store, in order to answer questions.
I am a "trainer", essentially meaning that my managers trust me to make appropriate decisions in their absence. I also fill in as a manager for my department on occasion.
