• Bookkeeping- maintained accurate and organized financial records, including invoices, receipts, and pertinent documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Reconciliation of Accounts- Assisted in reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records on QuickBooks, contributing to the precision of financial data.
• Audit Support- Provided valuable support during both internal and external audits by gathering required documentation and information, facilitating smooth audit processes.
• Effective Communication - Established regular communication and collaborated with clients, proactively gathering information on accounts, and proficiently entered data into Excel and QuickBooks, resolving discrepancies and ensuring accurate financial records.
