Started working under-the-table for Radford Cabinets, in Lancaster, at 17 years old, consequently, added knowledge in managing money. At 18, worked for Starving Students as a full-time helper in '97, a positive attitude and eagerness to learn more. Having moving experience led to more jobs and requests by the Leads. Soon after, received a Class C Driver's License and began driving moving vans. When the slow season came, gave Security Guard (3yrs) and Mystery Shopping (2) a shot. Both experiences added Decoration to Grammar and a wider Vocabulary to be more Descriptive with Writing Skills. Eventually, became a Driver/Lead, in 2003, with several Moving Companies, such as Best Price Movers (2), Public Van Lines (1), Bekins, Nationwide Van Lines (3), Kings Van Lines (2) and R&C Relocations (2). 2015, Moved to Kern County. Perfecting the Various Methods, each had to offer, into a more Sufficient Manner. Smooth Move (3), Hansen's (4). Also, comes experience with Plumbing, Land Surveying, Landscaping, Workshop, Roofing, Warehousing and Auto Mechanics. This past year I've been learning the Field of Land Surveying working for DeWalt Corporations. There I have learned the basic duties of a chainman. Such as Setting up the GPS and Total Station equipment, doing Topo and knowing the description codes, searching for Boundaries and locating Monuments, Staking and Flagging specific points on Construction Sites, As-Built Gas Pipeline and Locating Underground Pipeline. Also setting Targets for Aerial Drone Shots.

My Employment with Dewalt Corporations was short-lived due to the lack of work the company had to distribute to their employees. My experience in Mystery Shopping and Security Guard helped exercise and advance my ability to describe, in detail, my perspective through Writing. Observing and documenting an employee's Customer Service, showed me, in plane-view, what was missing and what could have made the interaction, between Customer and Service Provider, more pleasant, or even Memorable. Moving Taught me how to Lead a Crew based on a persons Strengths in Ability. I am no stranger to Hand and Power-Tools.

All of my Auto Mechanical Knowledge is from simply watching a video then Executing with the Proper Tools. If hired, I will pour everything that I have become as a Team Member, into the loop, to the best of my ability.

Hard-Working, Loyalty, Dedication, Well-Mannered, Quick Learning, and Respectfulness, amongst others, are what you will get from me....in exchange for a chance. When work is slow I believe education in the field of interest is as valuable as gold. Lessons are everywhere. And the brain is always hungry.

• I have a family who have been Land Surveying for quite some time. They know every angle from the field and in the office. I tagged along and shot Topo with them in the past but never understood their passion....until recently.
