- Opened and closed the shop, including set up, close down and end of day cleaning etc
- Mainly worked on Saturdays, except during breaks from school then I would work during the week
- Cut, trimmed, and packaged meats while following food safety rules
- Operated register handling both cash and card
- Operated smoker, oven, and the stove top, and on occasion would operate the smoker during all nighters
- Maintained the cleanliness of work stations, equipment, meat coolers, and dishes
- Stocked produce and assisted with inventory organization
- Provided customer service and assisted costumers with orders
- Helped with specials, big orders, and would help prep/cook large smoked meat batches
- Supported daily operations in a fast paced small team environment
- Demonstrated reliability by working extended shifts and overnight responsibilities of needed
