  • I have led /lead numerous teams, and my core function is leading Operational Technologies
  • Here I am the liaisons and solution architect between IT/IS, Telcom and the production floor
  • Organizing and leading any technology project that hits the shopfloor, from software, ERP integrations, robotic cell, anything
  • I also manage a team of software engineers and controls/automation engineers
  • BI (Business Intelligence): Temporary assignment, I was given the opportunity to rebuild and restructure the BI Team
  • I rebuilt the team, reorganized the data reporting structure so reports were presented as needed and on time, and then passed on a highly functioning and reliable team to the global BI team, was praised on the competence of the individuals and functionality of the team
  • Maintenance & Facilities: Also, a temporary assignment but turnout to be a bit longer term than planned, I managed the maintenance and facilities team of twenty people for about two-years at our Sturtevant plant
  • I transitioned to a more global level project encouraging the hand off maintenance to the production team
  • RAM (Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics): This team supports three plants, WI, MI, and MN, with a group of 5 people and two shifts
  • RAM is a production support function; we provide onsite and remote support to any of the three sites
  • We also support automation and robotic projects at any of the sites
  • OT (Operational Technologies) This team develops production level systems integrations and software development with a focus in SQL and Python within Inductive Automation, Ignition environment
