Planted and managed tiny house village for unhoused youth in East Oakland, CA. Conducted weekly staff scheduling, facilities repairs, and maintenance oversight. Supervised security staff while providing support to case managers. Delivered counseling and conflict management skills to youth residents. Addressed behavioral incidents through effective intervention strategies. Implemented empowerment leadership model, granting youth roles in facility direction. Established headstart payment model, allocating 30% of income into a fund for future housing. Adopted housing-first approach, reducing evictions related to mental health and behavioral issues.
