I'm an educator who accidentally fell into the position. The faith that others have put into me, based on the qualities they see in me, is what has led me to be the best version of myself. Children and caretaking have always been a passion of mine. Teaching, however, was a passion I hadn't yet discovered until I was thrust into it when I helped fill a role at my children's school. I found that I loved it and was good at it. The children and their parents equally appreciated and loved me in return. So much so that a few of them asked if I would home-school their kids the following school year when our school had, unfortunately, shut down.
My grandmother ran a very successful in-home daycare when I was a child. She was very hands-on, fun, loving, and creative. These were traits I took on, and I loved to help her where I could. I later took on the role of caretaker for my other grandmother for a couple of years before she passed. This taught me to be even more compassionate, patient, mindful, and graceful.
My time in the semiconductor field allowed me to navigate many different, and beneficial opportunities. I gained an excellent work ethic and clear communication skills.
