- I work on the Rehabilitation Unit called “Evergreen”. I am responsible for 8-17 patients at a time.
- Woodridge is a subacute rehab. I am experienced and skilled in all nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including but not limited to, medicare documentation, direct patient care, PICC lines, Ostomy, wound care, IV ABX, feeding tubes (G-tubes), and nephrostomy care.
- I also have experience with admissions and discharges as well as receiving and charting orders from providers and physicians.
- I work 12.5 hour shifts and I couldn’t ask for a better career selection.

- I work closely with my supervisor and preform cleaning these banks independently
