Managing multiple listservs for CMS programs.
- Monitored and managed listservs on the national healthcare quality improvement communications platform to disseminate messages and materials to targeted audiences within this community. Also created and distributed weekly “Bright Idea” messages to disseminate best practices, which encouraged listserv traffic. Writing and editing provider e-newsletters about CMS programs. Produced a bimonthly electronic newsletter about applied health information technology that was distributed to more than 3,000 physician practices.
Content Education and Training included articles about new regulations, measures, administrative requirements and data reporting processes to help physician practices leverage health IT and earn Medicare incentives.

- Lead photographer for HQI's corporate presence and CMS' annual health care conference. During the conference, which had an attendance of over 3,000 people, I was responsible for visually showcasing federal dignitaries speaking at plenary sessions, capturing interactive photos of attendees, and setting up group award shots.
