Platoon Leader of an MTOE Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) company; responsible for the identification, render safe, transportation, and disposal of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive (CBRNE) and Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). Provides EOD support to Department of War (DoW) installations, federal, state and local law enforcement. Supervises unit administration, personnel
actions, Family support, and professional development for ten Soldiers. Supports the United States Secret Service (USSS) and the Department of State and provides Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA) emergency homeland response in three states. Responsible for maintaining accountability of organizational equipment exceeding $4M. Also serves as the unit maintenance officer, SFRG liaison, and local law
enforcement liaison.

Served as a United States Army Ordnance Officer, leading maintenance, logistics, and operational readiness programs for personnel and equipment in high-tempo training and field environments. Managed teams responsible for weapons systems, tactical vehicles, and supply accountability while coordinating maintenance operations, convoy movements, and risk management procedures. Planned and supervised training events, range operations, and sustainment activities to ensure mission readiness, safety compliance, and efficient resource utilization. Developed leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills through directing cross-functional teams and supporting battalion- and brigade-level operations.
