  • Monitoring inventory and projecting usage rates to ensure that clinical trial materials are available throughout the lifetime of a study globally.
  • Develop Forecast, Enrollment Projections, Track and manage Drug Expiration including relabeling of drug that is currently expiring, manage depots.
  • Primary contact between the client and Fisher’s Clinical Supplies facilities. Oversee the forecasting, procurement, and packaging of comparators.
  • Managed the operational relationship between Fisher and one of their largest and most strategic clients.
  • Resolved all drug related issues to ensure that clinical supplies for all their trials were packaged, labeled and available in inventory in a timely fashion, thus never running out of supplies for over 5 years.
  • Successfully coordinated and implemented the relabeling of all Janssen drug for a sponsor name change.
  • Ensured adequate inventories for all Janssen trials during this process.
  • As the Clinical point person for drug supply, worked with Logistics in developing SOPs for packaging and labeling commercial and investigational supplies for Oncology studies.
  • Resolved all drug related issues and worked with multiple departments in the company to ensure that all sites received packaged, labeled products in a timely fashion never running out of supplies.
  • Developed and managed Serious Unexpected Adverse Event Process (SUA). All SUA were distributed on time and within FDA guidelines. Was given a company (Astrum Award) award for this process.
  • Trained all study staff in the use of the SCEPTRE database for tracking and documenting the distribution of SUAs.
