• Providing care for children's physical, social, and emotional needs. This includes feeding, diapering, dressing, bathing, and putting children to bed.
• Keeping children engaged with games, activities, and other entertainment.
• Transporting children to and from school, play dates, and other activities.
• Keeping in contact with parents, sharing information about the children's day.
• Knowing emergency procedures and be prepared to handle various situations calmly.

• Build systems to triage naming requests and manage creative workflow

• Working with staff team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services, targeting specific customer segments and markets.

• Conducting market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

• Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective promotional materials and sales tools.

• Monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, media outlets, vendors, and partners.

• Representing a specific charity, engaging with the public to gain monthly supporters and keeping them in the loop about the charity’s progress.
