• Collaborate with administrative, Adult Day and Employment program staff across two locations to ensure various administrative procedures and documentation are in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) regulations.
• Developed and continue strong relationships with program staff, fostering open lines of communication to facilitate accurate and timely submission of DDS documents.
• Train and provide follow up supervision to program staff ensuring consistent quality of services that meet DDS and JF&CS policies and procedures.
• Manage data and report files for roughly 90 Day and Employment program participants.

• Devised, prepared and conducted library programs and community outreach initiatives for children aged infant through 12 years and their families.
• Designed and refreshed children's educational displays, featured books, and interactive activities.
• Created printed and digital (social media) materials for promotion of library events and managed online calendar of programs.
• Maintained records for program attendance and material usage to continuously improve library offerings.

• Coordinated various aspects of the Adventures in Veterinary Medicine Online summer program for high school students including facilitating, monitoring, and troubleshooting technical and logistical issues that arose during the program.
• Developed and maintained relationships with external partners to facilitate with the scheduling and implementation of 20 presentations throughout the program's two virtual one-week session duration.
• Trained program staff and facilitated daily meetings to discuss program schedules, address challenges, and brainstorm solutions for ongoing success throughout the week.

• Coordinated all aspects of the study’s implementation including participant recruitment, interviews, data collection, and communications. Communications were done via Outlook, Zoom, and telephone.

• Conducted over 100 interviews with animal shelter organizations across the United States about data practices, building rapport and extracting nuanced insights into data collection protocols.

• Built strong relationships with project participants and software vendors resulting in tailored reporting processes that met the needs and technical capabilities of participants while also meeting the project’s goals.

• Developed curriculum for and taught a variety of natural science and local wildlife programs for children and adults of all ages and cognitive abilities that matched the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks, learning objectives for Cub and Girl Scouts, and the public interest.

• Revised the Center’s Girl Scout program offerings to comply with updated learning objectives of Girl Scouts USA.

• Managed the scheduling of scout programs by coordinating staff to facilitate programs, and

answering inquiries troop leaders and families.
