• Caring for high acuity pts with extensive pulmonary, cardiac, and medical needs, 3:1 pt nurse ratio
• Role of charge and team lead, focusing on teamwork and communication to optimize patient outcomes.

• Behavioral Health Home Care- Managing a caseload of 20+ patients. Maintaining optimal patient stability in the community by communicating with doctors, nurses, clinicians and other members of the care team and coordinating services.

Managing a multi-restaurant group with staff of 25-50 employees.

• Onboarded new employees with training and new hire documentation.
• Cross-trained existing employees to maximize team agility and performance.
