- Document Retention:
- We received loan files via online/email and received originals via currier.
- Organized the PDF files (and/or convert to PDF) that we received and saved them to the appropriate file folders.
- Verified that all necessary files were received in electronic form and that all originals were received once we got the paper file.
- Communicated via phone and in-person with lenders, underwriters and other individuals throughout the bank as well as local town/city offices.
