• Lead the Fashion Team through all processes on freight management and customer services. Address any questions, comments, or concerns Team Associates have about their role or the company.
• Train Team Associates on processes involved with safety, customer services, stocking, maintaining area standards, department set up, and use of technology associated with their roles.
• Greet and assist customers to help facilitate an easier shopping experience.
• Work with store managers, Team Associates and other Team Leads to plan the daily/weekly/seasonal workload and follow up on progress.
• Help troubleshoot any opportunities that may arise with people, or operational processes, throughout the facility.

Deliver food and other goods to paying users of an internet delivery service.

• Utilize DD app to accept orders, coordinate route, assure order is accurate, confirm pick-up, and send delivery confirmation.
• Assure safe handling of the order, and follow accurate instructions for delivery.
• Communicate with necessary parties for assistance with any issues with orders.
• Work efficiently for fast service.
• Keep equipment necessary to perform work maintenanced and ready to use, and keep accurate records of those expenses.
