Assisting the temp PC with her work and the new PC at Yorktown, as a SME for my prior job. I am in PC team chat and attend PA meeting to help answer questions when possible. I have constantly help customers analyze billing/invoice data for current and prior year funding by conducting analysis, reviews, and special studies. I advise management how to find data to assist customers and special projects like ConOps error reporting.
As Production Controller, I analyzed, developed, and manipulated programs for construction projects related to the successful deployment of the Yorktown Public Works Dept. initiatives. My duties included ensuring that the Requirements Branch has a structural process guaranteeing that all federal and state regulations are constantly met. This was accomplished by collecting and analyzing business line processes and systems from various sources to get an accurate analysis of the programs and work environment. By understanding the business line model, I was able to create a more streamlined process, which also produced a quick turnaround and achieved timelines for all 5-business lines. As a result, Facility Support Contracts Department is at 100% for their business line metrics.
As a Facilities Service Assistant, I have processed the PWD Emergent, Urgent, and Routine work orders across 22 different government bases. I used Citrix and other software like Maximo to process service request. I continually monitor, manage, and plan the maintenance of each facility services through Janitorial, Grounds, refuse collection, HVAC Preventative Maintenance, Fire Protection, Elevator, Automatic Door Maintenance, Contract Service calls, PM's and other general Facility Service contract work. Working at this 24-hour facility, I am monitoring Contractor Safety practices, reviewing and approving Contractor submitted work, quality control, and change orders while observing contractor performance and promptly reporting any deviations or deficiencies. As an FSA, I was responsible for ensure that each work order had the proper funding accounts connected to them. Additionally, I checked completion of jobs by creating follow-ups, observing the WO log, and communicating with mechanics. I received 80-100 emails/calls to create and clear lock out tags for safety precautions and monitoring PM Contractor safety practices. Evaluate incoming requests for categorization and trade skills required to correct trouble call.
