Volunteer Experience

  • Back 2 School, OC, 06/2022, Partnered with her peers within the OC region and the United Way school district to collect school supplies for a backpacking event. DAX5 collected approx. 300 single units of school equipment for Jessica to later volunteer her efforts on building backpack kits to deliver to unfortunate school district in the OC county. OC region combined was able to donate 200+ backpacks filled with the essential school supplies for a middle schooler.
  • Toy Drive, Christmas 2022, Organized donations for SPARK of LOVE holiday toy drive and disseminated flyers for it throughout the entire station to make sure all warehouse associates/drivers were keeping track of the event. Thanks to the desire and enthusiastic involvement the 2022 Holiday Toy Drive from DAX5 was able to deliver the local Fire Department in the City of Industry 100+ unwrapped gifts, which they could subsequently give to the less fortunate.
  • Food Bank, Volunteered at the food bank building grocery supply boxes to give back to the less fortunate for thanksgiving. Build 500+ boxes to give back to the community in 2022.
