  • Develop and implement different In- Season / Off- Season training programs tailored to individual player needs and team goals, resulting in improved performance.
  • Mentor assistant coaches, providing them with clear expectations and guiding them in coaching techniques and team management.
  • Create and lead team practices, drills, and training sessions, fostering teamwork, discipline, and player development.
  • Create a strong family environment throughout the entire program, while opening up lines of communication and making my self available for constant feedback.

  • Worked closely with our Head Athletic Director on goals for Lake Worth both long and short-term. While tlong-term planning initiatives aimed at improving overall reprying to build a reputation of success.

  • Responsible for all Girls Athletics inventory, athletic equipment used, and budget request.
  • Yearly evaluation of Head Coaches on staff, looking at program growth, coaching strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Working with the Athletic Director we had to hire qualified candidates who shared the values and would be a great addition to the culture we were building at Lake Worth, while also having strong knowledge in their respective sport.
  • Collaborated with campus admin to build a successful department, while finding the correct teaching fields for the personnel we had.
  • Mentored the teachers in the Social Studies department to ensure common department goals.
  • Fostered a culture of collaboration among the teachers in the department, by meeting monthly and working as a team to achieve campus goals focused on student growth.
