Much of my work experience the last 10+years has been in phlebotomy or medical field. However, customer service is a large part of my experience, along with receptionist duties. My customer service skills started at a young age as my family raised me while running their own business. This thought me respect and how much I enjoy helping others no matter the situation. I am dependable, reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and effective in managing daily operations. Well-organized, self-motivated, quick learning, and knowledgeable about successful strategies for managing fast-paced work. Even though much of my time has been spent in the medical field, I thrive on going above and beyond, learning and achieving new things and believe I would be a valuable asset as your receptionist.
