In 2017 I transitioned into the CDHV authorizations department. Where I was promoted to the Centralized IV/Authorization manager in 2020 when our CDHV practices merged with CDMG.


  • Managing our IV/Authorization staff, between 7-10 employees.
  • Identifying and reporting issues with credentialing and authorization portals for satellite providers and locations
  • Identifying and reporting issues within EPIC for insurance verification and plan entry to ensure proper workflow.
  • Improved team productivity by streamlining workflow processes and implementing best practices.

  • Working EPIC pre-reg workques to fix registrations edits and identify patient accounts that require insurance referrals for our specialist providers in the the CDHV location.
  • Contacting PCP offices and Patient's prior to upcoming specialist appointments to assist the CDHV offices in obtaining referrals

After 3 years in the call center, I was promoted to front desk staff where I processed both check-in and check-out daily workflows:
