Jessica Frankle

Instructor of elementary classrooms, in which I was recommended for the Pinellas County Aspiring Leaders convention. In Pinellas County, I have experience in team leadership, modeling lessons, and increasing parent involvement.

Key Accomplishments

• Facilitated school wide trainings for professional development in Nearpod online instructional learning.
• Certified as a Culturally Relevant Model Classroom, in which my lessons are used to model collaborative and inclusive teaching strategies for teachers throughout the school district.
• Leads team professional learning communities in data analysis and English Language Arts curriculum.
• Worked with parent involvement team to increase parental participation in school wide activities.

Taught Pre-Kindergarten - 4th Grade ESE. I was responsible for implementing both general education, and all goals and accommodations of ESE scholars.

Key Accomplishments

• Facilitated school wide trainings for Professional Development in diversity, de-escalation strategies and Kagan cooperative learning structures.
• IB Pre-K project manager. As project manager, I was responsible for creating the IB Pre-K lessons and project-based assignments for IB show case certification.
