Participated in cleanups around Mobile and the Bay including beach/bay cleanups and land cleanups.
Helped with organizing and participating in family meals and other activities with people who lived in the Ronald McDonald House.
Organized and hosted a cemetery cleanup at Oaklawn Veterans cemetery that occurred on April 16-17, 2025.
Through this cleanup, me and my team cleaned 93 graves and cleared over 30 bags of garbage.
From June to July 2024, I conducted independent research using Dr. Ní Chadhain lab on the inhibitory effects of eucalyptus and tea tree essential oils on Bacillus cereus growth compared the an antibiotic drug, vancomycin. During this experiment, I gained knowledge in lab procedures and equipment involving the microbiological sciences.
From August 2024 to January 2025, I wrote a paper on my findings that l then presented at two science competitions: Gorgas Science Competition and AJAS. I was a finalist for Gorgas and got 3rd place in AJAS life science category.
