Communication Management - Handling incoming and outgoing calls, relaying messages, and directing patients and visitors.
Record Keeping - Maintaining patient charts, updating electronic health records, and managing paperwork.
Customer Service - Providing a positive and professional first impression for patients and visitors, addressing inquiries, and assisting with wayfinding.
Emergency Response - Following procedures for initiating and documenting emergency notifications, such as Trauma, Stroke & Stemi Alerts.
