Summary

I am going into my senior year at UMF and will be student teaching in the fall. I did my first practicum in a fourth grade classroom at Rumford Elementary, and I did my advanced practicum in a first grade classroom at Meroby Elementary in Mexico, Maine. I did both of my practicums working under Karen Thurston as my field supervisor. My mentor teacher during my first practicum was Denise Richards at Rumford, and my mentor teacher during my advanced practicum was Kati Mazza at Meroby. I loved working in both classrooms and under both teachers. I also have done lots of volunteer work in a school district near home in a kindergarten classroom as well as a second grade classroom.
