I started as a material handler; running different parts to each line, moving finished parts onto pallets and keeping my work areas clean. After a year as a material handler, I moved into shipping and receiving where I would pick up finished material pallets, load finished material pallets into the shipping trailers and take incoming material for the lines to storage areas for material handlers to pick up.

Assists customers in a friendly and professional and courteous manner in via person, telephone, and email. Order processing using the APLUS system, including special orders and dispute resolutions. Collected credit card and cash payments to complete transactions for customer orders. Performed daily opening and closing procedures such as counting money in cash drawers and checking bank deposits against total sales receipts for accuracy. Wrapped pallets in plastic wrap and attached tag to prepare for shipping. Move pallets with forklift or pallet jack. Unload and load trailers with a forklift. Assumed various tasks as needed to support team objectives. as needed.

Operated machinery for production of dietary supplements and health products. Conducted quality checks on finished products to maintain company specifications. Maintained cleanliness and organization of the work area to support efficiency. Read job orders to determine the type of the product to be used, the quantity to be produced, and the capsules to be needed. Stop and restart machine when malfunctioning occurs, lockout/tag out before clearing the machine jams, report malfunctions to maintenance or supervisor. Calibrate the measuring scale and the weight boxes of vitamins. Ensured proper labeling by attaching identification labels to finished product boxes. to finished product boxes. Make an insert license plate for the finished pallets of products to be shipped out.
