Flathead Lutheran Bible Camp (2018):

• Boosted camp morale by fostering a supportive, inclusive, and fun environment for all participants.

• Team building within larger groups of children, low ropes course initiatives as well as other team bonding events that included outdoor recreation.

• Led a small cabin weekly, working with relational conflict of the children
and ironing out issues within this group day by day.

• Adjusted small group programming based on group dynamics of the cabins that I was assigned weekly.
