Conducted nightly chart audits and administered medication per treatment protocol. Assisted in behavioral management of patients which included verbal redirection and active listening. Administers medications per treatment protocols, monitored patients CIWA and COWS, and provide education about detox procedures.

Part time position. Provide skilled nursing services including vitals assessment, wound care and insulin administration to home bound patients. Document visits according to Medicare standards using Kinnser software.
