I think my leadership skills would be a great fit for the team's structure. While I have only been in dispatch for a few months, I have encountered numerous situations requiring me to use dynamic solutions. When a situation arises, I react quickly and concisely. I thrive in situations that are considered chaotic and being able to maintain a calm nature whilst thinking critically. When I see something that needs to be done, I jump on the tasks instantly without needing direction. As a lead driver, I have always held myself to a higher standard and understood the importance of leading. I introduce myself to new drivers and make myself known as a source for questions and advice.
